Each new week will start on the Saturday, starting Sat 31st Oct 2015. Make sure you have a journal/notepad to record your journies, messages, dreams and thoughts as we go through the programme.
Do the weekly meditations at least once, more if you like. They are very powerful. You will see extra videos in some of the weeks’ course content, where I teach you powerful healing techniques relating to the energy of that week’s chakra.
Learn how to use the techniques that resonate with you most, and focus on doing them for the whole week to bring you deeper healing. You don’t have to do them ALL – just focus on what you really need right now, whether it be body image, stress, or something else.

If you can do it once a day, great. As you know, I’m not a yoga teacher, I’m just showing you some poses I use and you can join in if you like. Never do more than feels good. The chaturganga (yoga push up) can be challenging, keep your elbows close to your body and your shoulders down and away from your ears.
