‘pelvic squeeze’ to increase your sensual energy even more.
On the inhale squeeze your pc muscles, (as if you were stopping pee mid flow) and on the exhale release them completely. It won’t be long before you feel energy start to flow! This can really kick start your sensual energy in a gentle way.
