It’s a powerful method that will shift your inner dialogue for the rest of your life, and give you more understanding and compassion towards yourself.[/text_block]

Make sure you are warm enough and play some relaxing meditative music in the back ground. Listen to the audio instructions first, and keep the downloadable pdf to hand to refer to as you work through the process. There is no minimum or maximum time frame for this exercise, go with it. The important thing is to allow any emotions that need to come up, to come up.
It will shift the trajectory of how you treat yourself if you will allow the process to flow.[/text_block]

Inner child confidence meditation

In the normal day to day running of life, often our emotional needs as children may be overlooked. Parents may be too busy working, looking after others, or pre occupied with their own personal issues to give us the affirming words we crave. Sometimes a seemingly meaningless event can stick for years after – we make the situation have a meaning – that meaning turns into a belief, and we live our life based on that belief.
Your sister gets ice cream and you don’t – and you decide you don’t matter to people you care about. It can literally be that simple, and stick with you for years after!
In other circumstances, you may well have experienced neglect, abandonment or abuse. As a responsible adult, you now have the opportunity to not only take your power back but be your champion of Unshakeable Confidence.
If you continue to speak to yourself in the way outlined in the meditation, it will tranform your world. You will no longer chase anyone else’s approval – for you will firmly stand in your own. You will begin to find your true, authentic voice.  And that makes you a very powerful woman indeed.[/text_block]
