Self and body image healing
Think of the parts of you that you struggle with most and tell the stories, feelings, and memories that come up in your awareness as you tap. Emotions, memories, feeling or numbness may arise – whatever it is – name it, tap on it and keep going until you feel better.
This helps to release trapped emotion in the body and shake away negative thinking. Eventually you start feeling better, and your thinking becomes positive. You will start to see new possibilities and positive thinking.
