The audio is 14 minutes long, filled with an invocation to Hathor and beautiful, sensual music.
Use the music to ground yourself in your feminine body; sway your hips & put your attention on your sacral chakra which is at the level of the clitoris.
As you do, give thanks to all the different parts of your body for the daily miracles your body provides you with.
You can cultivate the sexual energy in your body by moving in ways that make your body feel good. Allow yourself to connect to your sensual nature…
Try to do this at least once naked, if you wish use oil or cream to nourish your body as you lovingly appreciate and thank each part of your body.
Make sure you have some privacy, and be with whatever feelings come up for you. You may feel very sensual, or very sad. It’s all ok… these are clues to where you are at with your body. Record your thoughts and feelings. What is comfortable and uncomfortable.  Carry this energy with you throughout your day.. how do you feel?
